Network Status

Certain shared hosting customers are experiencing difficulties accessing their cPanel and Domain names on their Hippo Portal. Are technicians are aware and we are currently working on this issue.

At Hipposerve we are always striving to improve our services and give our customers better value for money. The Hippo Helpers are really pleased to announce that we are upgrading all our shared hosting services to improve not only the performance, but also the security of your website. 

All Hipposerve shared hosting accounts will be upgraded on  8pm GMT on Sunday 4th December, and it is estimated that this should take no longer than 6 hours to complete.

During this time you will not be able to access your Hippo Portal, and we recommend that you do not make any changes to your website, as these may not be reflected in the upgrade. It is unlikely, however, that accessibility to your website will be affected.
